Twenty First Century Rangers - looking forward to the next 50 years.
Aims and objectives:
To celebrate the work of the CMA and to look at the challenges & opportunities facing the profession over the next 50 years from a local, national & international perspective:
By the end of the conference delegates will have:
Explored the important role that rangers & countryside staff have played in our parks, countryside and urban greenspace over time, reflected on present working situations & heard how the profession is adapting to future challenges
Had a chance to network with other professionals from across the country and learn from their experiences through themed discussions and presentations.
Developed their knowledge & understanding of partnership working through a series of informative site visits within the Peak District National Park.
Had a chance to think about their own service & personal development through their own workplace and the CMA network.
