MINI SPEEDSTERS

4 - 8 YEARS

This is a programme designed especially for 4-8 year olds, instilling technique at an early age. The programme will cover drills, fun style reaction games, team interaction and competition, all of which will work on achieving an effective running technique for us to build on in the future. These sessions will be fun, excellent for building confidence and interacting while learning.

SPEED FIT

9 - 17 YEARS

Speed Fit is designed to improve technique, incorporating drills, speed training and speed endurance with an element of conditioning. Excellent for team or individual fitness.

BOOT CAMP

ADULTS 14 YEARS+

This programme will make you work, with a mix of circuits, resistant band work and isolation work. We will isolate muscles that need attention, strengthen and tighten them.

CMA Track Fit has been designed to eliminate the need for childcare – there is a programme for everyone. All programmes are based at the Newport track between 10am-11am on Saturdays and run simultaneously, so Mum and Dad can do Boot Camp whilst the kids take part in the other sessions we have designed for different age groups!
