The Community Manager London Meetup group is delighted to introduce the first in our Ask the Experts series, where industry professionals can learn from the best.
Our first showcase is Direct Line Group, winner of the Social Media Customer Service Team award from the UK Customer Experience Awards last year!
Hayley Barlow, Head of Social Media Customer Service and Vicki Godwin, Community Manager and The Drum's Rising Star of the Year 2016, will demonstrate the Community Management Nirvana they have achieved by creating a foundation comprised of infrastructure, process and trust.
Hayley and Vicki will discuss:
Why and how the marriage of community with Marketing and Infrastructure was done, and the results achieved with this solid foundation
An explanation of the level of Trust given to the social media team and why this makes such a huge difference to both the community and the brand
A deep-dive into the feedback loop, powered by infrastructure, and how this community-sourced information shapes future marketing campaigns
