DESCRIPTION
The CMI Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for supervisors and first-line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals and teams, alongside working to achieve organisational objectives.
It will introduce you to the principles, skills and impact of coaching and mentoring and will develop your skills in coaching and mentoring for individual and team needs.
Our Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is crafted for first-line managers and supervisors. Elevate your coaching and mentoring abilities, aligning them with organisational goals. Explore principles, skills, and impactful strategies for individual and team development.
To achieve this CMI Level 3 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring qualification, learners need to complete one unit to a minimum of 5 credits. The minimum total qualification time is 50 hours.
