The Level 5 CMI Management and Leadership Programme has 3 stages such as Award, Certificate and Diploma.
These qualifications are designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. Equip yourself to lead teams effectively and achieve organisational goals aligned with strategy.
In this CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership,As a Chartered Manager, you’ll join a community of high-performing professional managers who are self-aware and skills-focused, delivering real value for their business. Learners must complete any combination of units for a minimum of 130 TUT hours, 13 credits to achieve this qualification.
Roles and responsibilities may also include but are not limited to developing teams and individuals, creating operational plans, planning and managing projects, managing change, managing finance, resources and identifying new approaches to business activities, managing quality and continuous improvement as well as managing the human resources function.
The qualifications have been designed for practising or aspiring managers in roles such as:

This qualification at RQF Level 5 is academically equivalent to studying at Foundation Degree and Higher National Diploma (HND) level.
To achieve this CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership qualification, learners must complete a combination of two units to a minimum of 13 credits, 130 TUT hours.

Entry Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age and over
- Substantial experience as a manager or supervisor
- Should possess provable academic ability to complete a level 5 qualification
