DESCRIPTION
The CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Level 5 Certificate In Professional Consulting has been designed for working Professional Consultants in all sectors and for those aspiring to become Professional Consultants, and was developed in cooperation with the Institute of Consulting (IC).
These qualifications are designed to develop key skills such as planning and managing consultancy interventions, the client relationships, communication and problem solving tools and techniques.
A more extensive qualification, CMI Level 5 Certificate in Professional Consulting gives you a broader knowledge of the role of a Professional Consultant while focusing on the specific consulting subjects appropriate to the role of a Professional Consultant.
To achieve this CMI Level 5 Certificate in Professional Consulting learners need to complete a combination of 2 units to a minimum of 13 credits.
