DESCRIPTION
The Level 5 Project Management qualification is designed for practising middle managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owners. It is aimed at leaders looking to effectively manage projects, although the qualification is also open to learners wishing to build on their general management skills; and it’s aligned to CMI Professional Standards.
Roles and responsibilities may also include but are not limited to developing teams and individuals, creating operational plans, planning and managing projects, managing change, managing finance, resources and identifying new approaches to business activities, managing quality and continuous improvement as well as managing the human resources function.
The qualification has been designed for practising or aspiring managers in roles such as:
