CMM and episode work as a practice and supervisory framework

CMM analyses conversations, how they are put together and by whom. When we couple this with relationship definitions such as therapist/client and supervisor/supervisee, we have a useful way of understanding the permissions and prohibitions of conversation. This then takes shape as episodes, such as a therapy session or supervision session.
