Speaker: Andrea Bayles

Stress is a common problem we all have to deal with at some point in our lives. There are many factors that stress the body – external pressures (work,family responsibilities) and internal influences – what we eat and how our digestive, immune and nervous systems are functioning. An important part of any stress response includes identifying and reducing the causes.

The good news is that there are plenty of simple lifestyle changes that we can make to help us manage our stress levels and eating a healthy diet is key to helping our bodies manage the impact caused by stress.
In this talk, we will take a deeper look into the effects of stress on the body and how eating certain foods and nutrients can provide support.

Andrea Bayles is a Nutritional Therapist who works with clients suffering with complex, chronic health conditions. She specialises in helping people with symptoms of burnout, fatigue, tiredness, exhaustion, and weight problems. Andrea applies an integrated approach and lifestyle adaptation to Nutritional Therapy . working with clients 1:1, in corporate environments, workshops, and groups.
