Description

Speaker: Annie Breen

Annie Breen graduated from CNM as a Nutritional Therapist. Her key interest is in supporting clients with their mental health. She dedicates a lot of time to researching the gut-brain axis specifically and the impacts of genetics and environment on our health.

Making poor dietary and lifestyle choices impacts gut and brain health dramatically. It makes us suffer from low energy levels, insomnia, and can even lead to anxiety and depression.

Discover the importance of understanding how the gut and brain are connected to each other and how dietary and lifestyle changes can support and improve your physical and mental health.

At this event you will learn about:

• The gut-brain connection - how it works and the role of Nutrition.
• Factors that disrupt this relationship - stress, food and toxins.
• Natural solutions to support gut and brain health

Location: Napier University Merchiston Campus, 10 Colinton Rd, Edinburgh, EH10 5DT.
