Plant Powered Fitness - How to Get into and Stay in Shape on a Plant-Based Diet

Speaker: Adam Stansbury

There is much confusion surrounding a vegan, plant-based diet and its beneficial effects on health, body composition and athletic performance.

With the rise of the fitness industry and the search for the body beautiful, our society has become obsessed with protein, mainly animal protein. This obsession is also driving many environmental challenges we are now facing globally.

About the speaker:

Adam Stansbury (aka The Plant Powered PT) has been a Personal Trainer for 10 years, nearly 5 years as a vegan. He is on a mission to educate men and women how they can get fit, strong and healthy, whilst eating a plant-based, vegan diet, transforming their bodies and the planet in the process.
