Missing the taste of cheese? A recent Times article listed Cheese as one of the top 5 foods that non-dairy eaters miss the most. The truth is a good vegan cheese is hard to find, and with so many ingredients listed can feel suspect. Homemade vegan cheeze is not only delicious, but is also a much healthier version of anything you can buy in stores.

In this workshop Bruna Oliviera, founder of The London Nut Cheeze Company, will teach you to make a range of vegan cheezes, yoghurts and butters.

By the end of the day you will have learned:

• the benefit of fermenting with nuts and seeds

• how to make soft and hard nut cheezes similar to parmesan, cheddar, feta and blue cheese.

• how to make coconut yoghurt and butter

• how to create your own vegan cheeze platter

The evening will be a mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking, with tips, talking and tasting.

You will go home with lots of recipes so you can continue your fermented cheeze adventure at home.
