RecoverED and WARM are not for profit groups committed to challenging the ideas and approaches which presently inform mental health. Established in 2008, the work of WARM has been and continues to be of significant importance in challenging perceptions of illness, stigma and social disadvantage.
The conference aims to:
Bring together community, education, service practitioners and policy makers to facilitate sharing and collaboration. Also to explore and discuss the variety of opportunities available to those who require them in education, health and public services and to participate in critical debate.
Opportunities for networking and sharing experiences
Hosted by the Gwent Archives, this conference will be able to set in motion a discussion for the future of participant involvement in community and service design alongside education across Wales.
