Co-constructing Litdrive's Strategy for the Future

Litdrive is now entering its ninth year, and during this time has evolved from a non-profit to a charity and associate subject association for English teachers. It is now time for us to review our strategy as an organisation, and pivotal to that we do this with our members. The curriculum review marks a renewed need for subject specific professional development, consulting with members and supporting schools with the implementation of the new national curriculum as of 2027. Next academic year will be a key time for schools to receive subject specific professional development that serves English teams and provides our members with a provision that is high quality, relevant and valuable to English teachers. The workload pressure for teachers continues, and the need for collaboration for teachers to network is ever-important.

In this webinar, Founding CEO Kat Howard would like to share the journey of the organisation so far, celebrate our key successes and milestone points, and share a drafted strategy for the next three years. We encourage members to attend, where there will be an opportunity to share valuable feedback on the initial draft and help us to shape the strategy of the future.
