About this event

Community • Other

This half-day training with Arts & Homelessness International (AHI) offers a practical and inspiring introduction to co-creation – a way of working that shares decision-making power and designs projects with, not for, communities. Drawing on AHI’s global experience and our own journey as a co-created organisation (with 50% of our board and staff having lived experience of homelessness), the session explores the mindsets, structures, and practices needed to embed co-creation meaningfully.

Through interactive exercises, real-world examples, and a step-by-step framework, you’ll gain clarity on what co-creation is (and isn’t), discover cultural and practical shifts to embed in your organisation, and learn how to give away power to create deeper, more impactful work. Whether you’re from a cultural organisation, homelessness service, or grassroots group, this training will provide practical tools, reflective space, and inspiration from projects around the world.

This training is free, but spaces are strictly limited to 25 participants. Please only book if you’re confident you can attend, and let us know if your plans change so we can offer your spot to someone else.
