This year’s Conference is kindly hosted by the City of Cardiff Council and will begin on the afternoon of Tuesday 15th November with an optional coach tour to some of Cardiff’s co-operative initiatives followed by a Conference Dinner with Guest Speakers.
Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th November and includes a Showcase of Network funded projects that have taken place over the last 12 months.
We are putting together an exciting programme of speakers and topics which will be updated as elements are confirmed, see the programme here. This event is FREE for members of the Network, but places are limited so please book early. For those that need to stay, Cardiff has provided a dedicated booking site of hotels near the conference venue, book your accommodation here.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. We will be asking for names of delegates the week before the conference and will be taking FINAL names then.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
It is easy to get to Cardiff by road, rail and air. You will find lots more information on the official visitors' website www.visitcardiff.com.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for registrations made although places can be transferred.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We will do our best to make amendments to name badges on the day but please try and give us as much notice as possible if you have to make amendments.
