Improve your co-operative business performance
The 'strategic planning and managing change' seminar is one component of Co-operative UK's co-op skills training programme. The programme is designed to give you and your fellow workers the practical and inter-personal skills needed to run a successful co-operative. This programme has been developed in partnership with our members and is delivered by professional trainers with years of training and co-operative experience: Rhizome, Cooperantics, Seedsforchange, Dynamix.
Building on last year's successful program we are continuing the innovative approach of flexible pricing to reflect co-op principles of equity.
The standard price for the professionally delivered, full day training is £75. Members who can afford to pay the supporter price of £100 will help struggling members attend at the hardship price of £50.
Booking will open in 2015 with five seminars taking place in Glasgow and five in London.
