About this event

In this two hour webinar, Sue Jagger models to education professionals different approaches to co-production that embrace:

  • Compassionate communciation
  • Working with NOT talking to
  • Learning to listen and hear
  • Supportive signposting and empathetic navigating

Using her own experience as a practitioner and parent, Sue provides attendess with case studies, practical tips, helpful hints as well as examples of things to avoid.

We cannot underestimate how challenging some parents find it coming into to school to talk to an educator or school leaders. This can heightened if their child has a special educational need and/ or disability.
