A day of training and exploration for Day Centres and their service users

What is Co-production? Co-production means involving your service users in the design and delivery of your services. Services that are genuinely co-produced are better able to meet the needs of their service users and help them move forwards to fulfilling lives.

Co-production is more than ‘service user involvement’ and can involve a significant cultural shift from both staff and clients.

This full day event consists of training for both staff and service users on how to move towards co-production. There will also be plenary sessions in which you will hear from co-production experts and have an opportunity to ask questions.

Please note that each day centre is limited to 2 tickets, 1 of which must be for someone with lived experience of homelessness.

There are a limited number of bursaries available to cover travel costs for services who would otherwise be unable to attend. Please complete the relevant section of the application form to apply.

Every day centre attending should ideally be accompanied by a current or former service user or person with lived experience of homelessness. Every attendee should be fully briefed about the nature of the event – a briefing guide will be sent to confirmed attendees before the day.
