Across sectors, we’re all facing the challenge of rising needs and shrinking resources. This seminar invites us to step back and explore co-production as a way to respond — working together differently, sharing power, and rethinking how we create change.

Building on previous sessions, this seminar revisits the theory behind co-production and connects it to today’s realities. It offers an opportunity for both new and returning colleagues to reflect on why we work this way, what it means in practice, and how collaboration can help us navigate change with creativity and purpose.

Together we’ll consider:

  • What principles underpin co-production and why they matter now
  • How collaboration can help us move beyond “working harder” to “working differently”
  • What this means for our practice, partnerships, and shared impact

This session is for anyone interested in co-production — whether you work in the public sector, the third sector, or your local community.
