Co-reflection Sessions for People Who Offer Peer Support in Cardiff & Vale
When: Tuesday 9th September 2025, 10am - 12pm
Where: Canton Library St, Cardiff CF5 1QDT
We’re excited to launch a pilot co-reflection session for the Cardiff and Vale peer workforce, open to anyone delivering peer support, whether you’re a volunteer or staff member. To kick things off, we’ll start with a personal story of recovery before moving into peer work together.
This session will be an informal, supportive space to:
• Share experiences and challenges
• Celebrate successes
• Reflect on the unique role of peer support in the recovery journey
• Contribute to shaping the future of co-reflection sessions in the region
Who’s it for?
Anyone in a paid or volunteer peer support role in Cardiff and Vale—across services or the independent recovery community.
These sessions will:
- Create a supportive space to share experiences and challenges
- Celebrate successes and raise awareness of peer support
- Build a bigger-picture understanding of peer support in Cardiff and Vale
- Focus on shared learning and skills
Let’s continue building a strong, connected
peer workforce together!
