Each session teaches simple, nervous-system based tools you can use at home, after school, during meltdowns, or anytime emotions feel “too much.”
We practise alongside each other - no pressure, no judgement.
You’ll learn how to:
- co-regulate without burning yourself out
- calm your own body so your child can follow
- use grounding practices in real moments
- build emotional safety and connection
- reset after meltdowns or overstimulation
- shift from reacting to responding
Every session is gentle, sensory-friendly, and suitable for all parents/carers.
