These weekly sessions help you regulate together in a calm, supportive space.

Each session teaches simple, nervous-system based tools you can use at home, after school, during meltdowns, or anytime emotions feel “too much.”
We practise alongside each other - no pressure, no judgement.


You’ll learn how to:

  • co-regulate without burning yourself out
  • calm your own body so your child can follow
  • use grounding practices in real moments
  • build emotional safety and connection
  • reset after meltdowns or overstimulation
  • shift from reacting to responding

Every session is gentle, sensory-friendly, and suitable for all parents/carers.
