CoLab Dudley's free monthly co-working days are for local creatives, designers and doers. Whether you are a freelancer, a public sector officer or voluntary sector worker, if you are looking for a change of scenery or new connections to inspire your work, you’re very welcome to join us in our creative work space on Dudley High Street on co-working days.
Bring anything you’re working on, and experience the companionship, mutual support and new ideas which emerge through casual conversation when you work in proximity.
What to expect
- A warm welcome to the CoLab Dudley space
- Free wifi
- Plenty of room to spread out: a quiet working area with a number of tables, or an option to use a standing desk near the drinks station
- A cosy corner for conversation near the kettle and coffee machine
- Great coffee and herbal teas (we welcome small donations)
- Access to a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, crockery and cutlery
- Stationery and some creative supplies
- Constantly evolving exhibitions and installations which invite curiosity and inspire lots of our visitors.
Please note: our lab space is open plan, so not ideal for online meetings. Our monthly co-working days are more about time to get on with desk/studio type work, with the chance for informal conversations and making connections.
Accessibility restrictions: please note that while our main space is all on street level, unfortunately the toilet is only accessible via a steep flight of stairs.
