Event Details

This is the 5th year for our group which has an open pay-as-you go policy. We are a mixed group of coaches with all levels of experience and qualifications and both internal and external coaches. We collaborate on setting an agenda to help individuals with any coaching issues and dilemmas that are pressing. Each month sees us focus on a different theme around a model or concept such as Mindfulness, the Drama Triangle or Projection in order to improve our capapbility as a coach over the long term. Methods for learning are also flexible such as using creative tools like drawing and sculpting as well as straight forward "pure" supervision using the group as peer supervisors. All sessions are facilitated by Julia Menaul who has been a supervisor of coaches and superivisors for 10 years.
