Coach the Approach is a 2-3-hour training course run by the Watford FC CSE Trust designed to upskill coaches about mental health in a football and sporting environments.

This course will be delivered for free across Hertfordshire and will be looking at educating grassroot sports coaches around Mental Health, different diagnosis, statistics, solutions and how best to support through various resources and outlet.

Our program will educate and look at a range of interventions that are currently being delivered in the county and provide information on available support to provide for the people we work alongside within the game.
