Description

Not all Student Tours Scotland tours are the same. On this one we are going for an optional cycle and a hill walk.

We start by taking the coach over to Largs on the West Coast of Scotland. From here we take the ferry over to Cumbrae Slip on the Isle of Cumbrae and drive into the wee town of Millport. Here you can hire a bike for an additional price (usually no more than £5.00 for the day) and cycle around the island at your own pace. You can take in Crocodile Rock, Lion Rock and so much more as well as doing the sensory trail around the island. It only takes around an hour or two to get around the whole track. It's only 11 miles long.

Afterwards you can join us or make your own way to Largs on the mainland where we will break briefly before going on a short hill walk up the Haylie Brae in the town itself. The views across the Firth of Clyde and over to the Isle of Cumbrae are really quite awesome on a clear day.

So, why should you pay the price we ask? Well, there are several reasons. Firstly, our guide is very experienced with over eight years of touring with International Students around Scotland. You'll get stories, history and memories from previous tours. Secondly, we offer fun things on the tour for you to get involved with, the most amazing of these is the legendary, Bus Bingo, where you can win some prizes with a free game on the way home. Finally, we have back up plans for nearly everything we do so if the weather, or something crazy, decides to try and ruin our day, we will do everything we can to ensure we still have a great day out.

So join us for an awesome tour and meet some new friends while making new memories!
