Event description

Description

During this 6 week block of training nights we'll be covering various drills from interval sessions to hill work. The 2 main focuses will be 1. To get you to train more effiecently and 2. To get you to improve your running technique. The first nights session will be based from Carmarthen park then week by week we'll be going to different parts of the town to do our different sessions.

Minimum age is 12

What do I need to bring?

Please wear high viz and bring a bottle of water. If you need any medication e.g Asthma inhaler then please also bring them.
