About this event

Our workplaces are changing. We are seeing remote, in-person and asynchronous work coexisting together, which creates huge challenges for leaders to build multi-faceted collaborative teams.

Combined with five generations working together, and a new wave of AI-driven tools including ‘agents’ transforming operations, we need to be more conscious about how we are leading than ever.

In this interactive session you will be able to explore the challenge you are facing in your organisations’ today and reflect on how coaching may be part of the solution.

Led by Master Executive and Systemic Team Coach Annabel Graham we will explore:

  • The nature of coaching and why its more relevant than ever in today’s workplace
  • Ways of Coaching in the workplace and the benefits: Leader coach, external coaching, group coaching, team coaching, AI coaching
  • Internal v external capability: benefits and challenges, benchmarking, ethics and supervision

You will also take part in coaching activities to create ways forward for you and your business.
