Coaching at Work: Improving Well-Being, Improving Productivity

About this event
Do you sometimes feel a lack of motivation and drive? Do you know what is important for you at work? Would you like to learn new tools to improve your own well-being?
Then, join us for the "Happiness Circles" which focus on exploring issues relating to work satisfaction, meaning, accomplishments, and relationships, with a focus on well-being and productivity.
You are invited to come to these sessions with your own challenges and experiences in the workplace. For example, if you are a manager or a sole trader, you will have an opportunity to explore how you can make working life more satisfying. Or if you are an employee, you can explore how you can develop a fresh approach to improve your well-being and and energy.
Who is this for?
Those working in a micro-business or sole traders. Your eligibility for the programme, as funded by the European Union, will be reviewed upon registering and you will be contacted if you are not eligible.
In each session, you will:
- Reflect on challenges and issues in your own work context.
- Take part in discussions, use tools, exercises
- Experiment with new approaches and develop new habits
- Set goals using the SMART technique.
The sessions:
The Happiness Circles will take place across 3 online sessions. You need to commit to all 3 sessions to attend.

- 10am - 12:30pm - UK time (for all sessions)

Online via Zoom (a link to join will be sent after registration)
The facilitator:
Val Boulding: A community development tutor with experience in delivering parenting training and training in self-development and positivity.
**By registering to this event, you sign up to all three sessions. There are limited spaces available for the coaching sessions, so please register as soon as possible to secure your place.
