Description

With investment in Coaching skills increasing, this Masterclass provides an excellent environment for up to 12 delegates. Exploring and developing the skills and understanding that improves coaching skills – delegates can expect to become better coaches themselves, as well as better facilitators of others as coaches. This Masterclass is interactive and ensures development in the critical variables for successful coaching: the training of coaches, and the resultant choice of practices available to the coach.

These practices cover: developing a coachee centred relationship; building effective approaches; reflecting contextual issues; discrete models, tools, and techniques; and defining the role of the coach. The hands-on format allows delegates to absorb, enhance and finesse their proficiency as coaches. The trainer creates the right environment to share and learn from to help build excellence for business leaders and ensures that the Learning and Development opportunity is both effective and unique.
