Unlocking Behavioural Change & Accountability in our Clients

Holding up the mirror is one of the most powerful tools we have as coaches – but how confidently do you use it when it really counts?

In this interactive session with fabulous guest speaker Fiona Anderson, you’ll explore two crucial areas of coaching impact:

1. Behavioural Change

How comfortable are you at highlighting the behavioural traits that are obvious to you as a coach – but hidden to your clients? These are the blind spots no one else has had the courage to share, yet they could make a significant difference to the coaching goals your client is working towards. Fiona will share a simple, proven technique to help you highlight these behaviours in a way that lands and drives change.

2. Holding to Account

We know how important accountability is – and many of our clients find it challenging. Fiona will share the key to doing this effectively and with confidence, helping you support clients to follow through on what matters most.

You’ll not only learn two powerful techniques – ones Fiona has been involved in developing and uses regularly in her own coaching – but also have the chance to practise them on the night with fellow coaches.

These tools are practical, proven and immediately useful for you and your clients – a genuine win/win.

We'll be meeting in the The Garden Room, (turn right through the main door, walk past the bar and the Garden Room is on your left).

Our meeting starts promptly at 7:30 and ends at 9:00pm with time to chat afterwards. Please aim to 10-15 minutes early to get settled in and buy a drink from the bar beforehand (if you wish).

Fiona works in partnership with clients, ensuring that their investment in change delivers results. She creates the space and environment for coachees to explore, develop and own their solutions to accelerate their personal, people and business transformation and bottom line growth.

What is Coaching Central?

We're a friendly and welcoming coaching group set up in 2017 for coaches in the Midlands, run by two local coaches, Rachael McNidder and June Hogan.

All professionally trained coaches are welcome, regardless of level of experience (that includes trainee coaches). Come along to meet like-minded coaches, make useful connections and develop your coaching knowledge and skills.

Our aims are to inspire and support professional coaches, to encourage learning and growth, and to uphold ethics and standards within the coaching profession.
