Coaching Conversations
Event Information
About this event
“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential; it’s about helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” Whitmore J, 1995.
Do you want to get the very best from the conversations you have with your team? If so, our Coaching Conversations workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills to do just that.
Coaching is a special kind of conversation. This is a practical workshop designed to introduce you to the some of the key skills of coaching and provide a model to enable you to have coaching conversations with your colleagues. Within the session there will be opportunities to practice, reflect and plan how to have more coaching conversations.
Please note – if you have completed or are in the process of completing our CMI Level 5 Award in Coaching & Mentoring course, there is no need to attend this workshop as there will be no additional benefit to you.
