PM: Ethical awareness for in-house coaches
In this highly participative workshop, you will be able to explore, discuss and debate some of the core issues that we face when coaching and mentoring in-house. We'll refer to the EMCC Code of Ethics to help guide us as we tackle and resolve questions of ethical ambiguity, contractual terms and boundary management.
This event has been developed for in-house coaches, who may be looking for advice and support in managing multi-stakeholder and client situations. In the process of working with the EMCC Code of Ethics, participants will be able to clarify how best to set up their contracts with coachees.
