This event is for NHS and public sector coaches and mentors who want to develop their practice.
What is it about?
The aim of the event is to consider the question “How do we develop independent thinking to enhance performance?” Participants are introduced to the ten components of a Thinking Environment and consider the value they can bring to a variety of situations. Opportunities will be offered for participants to experience the creation of a quality thinking space with their peers.
“The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of thinking we do first”.
