Coaching disability and LGBTQI+ identities

Join us at the Oxford Coaching Group monthly gathering, where PK Kulasegram will provide a brief introduction to disability and LGBTQI+ identities and how they intersect. We will examine a framework for navigating situations where a client holds identities (and consequently challenges) that we may not be familiar with and how we can support this as coaches or maintain a coaching mindset.
