“Do not depend on the hope of results … In the end, it is the reality of personal relationship that saves everything.”
Today’s coach, Amanda Pelham Green, has launched three businesses, acquired one and sold one – the last a market-leading organisation. This first hand experience adds board-room gravitas, a grasp of team dynamics, and astute commercial acumen to her coaching presence. Amanda’s sharp entrepreneurial mindset and her deep business knowledge combine with her person-centred, eclectic approach to add a delightfully maverick edge to her coaching style. She weaves a variety of methodologies into her work, taking her cues from the needs of her clients and their businesses and her coaching sessions can be highly unpredictable! Blending a natural ease in building relationships with an ability to challenge appropriately, she gently but firmly encourages her clients to turn their visions into action.
The Founder of coaching business Odyssey Mentor, Amanda Pelham Green has a professional history as a successful entrepreneur and as COO for an international executive search firm. When not working, she loves to walk and swim in wild places, dance, play Bridge and visit art galleries. Amanda is a lapsed grade 8 oboist (officially one of the most difficult musical instruments to play) and was one of the first tourists to visit Tibet in 1984 – it took her nine days and nights to get there and she nearly died of altitude sickness on the way, but she made it! This hard-core tenacity has served her well in business and now comes into play in the service of her coaching clients. Don’t miss this opportunity to see Amanda coach – anything might happen!
