Join Meyler Campbell Founder Anne Scoular in this Coaching Fishbowl, focusing on Coaching for the ‘G’, or Goal. The ‘G’ - the ‘G’ of the GROW Model - is one of the foundational tools in coaching; it does the heavy lifting of an entire coaching session. Goalsetting is also one of the most robustly evidence-based tools in coaching. Students of the Mastered Programme often struggle in the early months with ‘getting the G’, and the Fishbowl provides a rare opportunity to see it demonstrated live. For experienced coaches, as Myles Downey said, ‘in coaching there are no rules, and you have to know them’ – Anne’s Fishbowl might encourage revisiting and refreshing this powerful tool!

Anne’s coaching style is grounded in warmth and deep respect for the coachee; however, she also knows that at times mental clarity takes work, and the G is no exception.

During this webinar, Anne will seek to get her coachees only to the G, trusting that once they have a clear Goal, they can take the rest of the GROW model forward for themselves. (However, she will also provide a safety-net for conversations where this isn’t so.)
