To provide an overview of basic coaching techniques that can be used to drive improvements.
Aims of course:
The course will allow participants to explore how the different techniques can be used to support coaching within the workplace.
The importance of coaching will be identified in terms oif how it can support learning as well as leadership within the school or educational setting.
This Course will address the essential skills and practice to:
Positively Impact and deliver approaches to coaching that can be used to support the development and improvement of those being coached.
Identify the approaches needed to support improvement.
Implement effective questioning in a coaching situation.
Develop the ongoing coaching relationship.

A range of strategies and techniques that you can use immediately to implement a coaching practice which is appropriate within your role.
