This event is part of our Innovation Coaching & Culture series. This is a structured and supported innovation programme, designed as a series of online sessions for leaders of small businesses, who are actively seeking to innovate and recognise the value in testing ideas as a group.
About this event
Today we will be applying the coaching framework to your business. We’ll explore emerging needs, customer problems or market changes. We will spend time together exploring the problems and opportunities that face your business right now and how we might find innovative solutions. We’ll look at critical curiosity and how this helps us be creative and find new ways to delight our customers.
When is it? 17th June 9.15 – 12.30.
Where is it? The session will take place online. You’ll receive a joining link once you have booked your place.
Who is it for? This session is for Cumbria based business owners, managers and anyone responsible for managing people. Eligibility restrictions apply*.
