Coaching Group - Action Learning

Action Learning is a powerful way of leveraging the value of coaching skills for cultural change. In this session, we will focus on the fundamental principles of Action Learning and how coaching skills can be developed through the process. We will also explore practical tips and techniques for facilitating change through Action Learning and how an organisation can kick start cultural change with a new style of learning and peer support.

Action Learning can:

 - Open up new insights into problems

 - Value the insight and capacity of individuals to find their own solutions

 - Realise the value of learning in community with others

 - Develop questioning, listening and summarising skills

 - Increase self-awareness

 - Enable the sharing of knowledge, experience and ideas

Nichola will share her practice experience, stories from organisations and facilitate an action learning approach in the session. You will have your own space to share and develop new thinking on how you can quickly discover the benefits of action learning in your own organisation and with clients. You will go away with new ideas and actions that you can implement. You will also take away a fresh view of Action Learning as a dynamic learning approach, with a rich potential for developing and supporting change.
