This is a 3-hour Taster Session that showcases evalu8d's coaching skills.

We share how to use our coaching tools in a contact centre environment, but it's easily transferable into retail and other industries too!

After introducing attendees to our award winning coaching process we then share how we help our clients create a 'coaching culture' and engage teams improvement sales, service and compliancy scores.

We will address how to coach on topics such as:

  • understand evalu8d's coaching behaviours matrix.
