RD1st runs a series of Coaching Lounges in different locations for alumni of the RD1st Coaching and Leadership course to 'top up' learning, support one another's professional development and to share reflections and experience of using coaching skills and approaches. The events are designed to respond to individuals' learning goals and to facilitate peer-peer learning. Previous participants tell us they are a great way to refresh skills and confidence, and to extend your networks.
In June 2017, RD1st Trainer Claire Antrobus is hosting and facilitating a Coaching Lounge in York.
The day will include a mix of learning bites presented by members of the group, questions and topics for peer supervision rounds and duo/trio coaching practice.
If you would be interested in sharing a 'learning bite' please contact email@example.com with a short outline of what you propose to share, so we can plan the day. The number of learning bite slots will be limited so please let us have your proposals as soon as possible.
To keep ticket prices low for you we do not provide lunch. However, to encourage discussion to continue over lunch we have scheduled a one-hour lunch break and would encourage participants to bring a vegetarian dish to share with others as part of a 'pot luck lunch'.
