Arrive at 6:00 for a 6:30 start.

In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of embedding values and ethics in the coaching practice. We will start with questioning why values and ethics matter, and should be an integral part of coaching practice. We will then delve into the key ethical considerations in the coaching relationship, such as contacting and evidence based practice.

We will conclude with examples from various coaching contexts such as education, business and sports coaching. Participants will be encouraged to engage in discussions and reflect on various ethical dilemmas which may arise during a coaching session.
