A day-long event open to all.
In the morning there are parallel sessions for those new to Integral Development Coaching and those who've already attended our training. After lunch, both groups join together in an enlivening exploration on the special topic of the day.
For those new to our work: An introduction to Integral Development Coaching
A session specially designed to learn about our approach to coaching and experience new methods for working with yourself and clients. There’ll be a 30 min coaching demonstration, working with someone from the audience.
For those who’ve attended our courses: Exploring leadership: a British Museum adventure led by PCC graduate Daryl King
There are many ways of seeing, describing and constructing the world. We each might describe a shared experience differently, using different words and telling different stories about a situation. Our inner stories and the metaphors we use to describe things are often things we take for granted as ‘the truth’ rather than just our interpretation of how things are, and we rarely take time for introspection, to examine the stories we tell ourselves. In this leadership inquiry participants to use objects in the British Museum to surface and question the stories they hold, specifically about leadership and all it entails.
Daryl King graduated from the Professional Coaching Course in London in 2012. Over recent years he has been running an innovative leadership inquiry, based around artefacts in the British Museum, with leaders from his own organisation and many others.
For everyone: an enlivening exploration on the special topic of the day led by Justin Wise
When & Where
An integral approach to coaching
Our integral approach to coaching is a powerful way of working with people that aims to make a pragmatic and profound contribution to individuals, organisations and society. Our coaches become skilled at working with clients in a way which frees them up to bring their intentions into their work and wider life with dignity, humanity and skilfulness.
