A day-long event open to all.
In the morning there are parallel sessions for those new to Integral Development Coaching and those who've already attended our training. After lunch, both groups join together in an enlivening exploration on the special topic of the day.
We invite you to join us if:
- You’re curious about coaching, particularly our developmental approach to coaching, and wish to bring it into your work or life as a coach, consultant, leader, or coaching client.
- You’re thinking about joining a professional coach training programme and would like to meet faculty and graduates, and get a strong ‘inside’ feel of the nature and topics of our courses in integral development.
- You’re interested in the lasting development of people – yourself or others.
- You’re a current student or graduate of any of our programmes – and you’d like to connect with others and continue your learning.
For those new to our work: An introduction to Integral Development Coaching
A session specially designed to help you find out if our approach to coaching is a good fit for you and learn new methods for working with yourself and clients.
This session begins with an interactive presentation on the work of Integral Development Coaching, during which you are welcome (and encouraged) to participate with questions and discussion. At the end we often have time for a thirty-minute coaching demonstration, working with someone from the audience (perhaps you’ll want to volunteer to be coached).
For our graduates and current students
We will be running a special morning workshop for our graduates and students. Details will be announced soon.
For everyone: A special afternoon workshop on a topic to do with integral development coaching
Our wonderful friend and colleague Charles Brassard, who teaches integral development coaching in Canada, will be visiting London for this Round Table event. We will publish details of our afternoon workshop, run in conjunction with Charles, shortly.
