Event description
Join CIPD South East London branch for our upcoming session Coaching Teams for the Future with Katherine Powell - Founder of KP&A.

About this Event

An old adage says that it takes a community to raise a child. But what does it take to raise an organisation that serves its stakeholders in the very best way it can?

The answer lies in the patterns, performance and functioning of the leading team.

Now, more than ever, we are living in unprecedented and volatile times which call for exceptional organisations and exceptional teams. In this talk, Katherine Powell explores the facets and commonalities of successful teams, considering current research and thinking in this area. Katherine will explore how teams can live out old patterns of behaviour which can impact their ability to identify the real challenges and to focus on the solutions required for those they serve. Moreover, this talk examines how team coaching might empower and enable the senior team or board to reconnect with their purpose, break old habits and find better ways of being more effective together in half the time.

‘Individual talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships’. (Jordan, 2018)
