Inclusion is the idea that everyone should be able to use the same facilities, take part in the same activities, and enjoy the same experiences. Yet many people see coaching as being for the few: some seeing it as the preserve of the privileged; others as a place of judgement, or a shameful activity for those who are failing. In this session we will explore how to promote and deliver coaching services to make them welcoming and beneficial to the whole community, regardless of background and personal circumstances.
