Do you ever feel overwhelmed or stuck? Like you want to take control of your thoughts and emotions but don't know how to.

Discover the power of coaching to improve your mental wellbeing! Coaching Yourself introduces simple techniques to build resilience, reduce stress, and unlock your potential. Perfect for beginners, this event will help you develop a healthier mindset and take control of your personal growth. If you have never been coached but have been thinking about it, this would be a great opportunity for you to try it with an experienced coach.

Our coach has facilitated many group sessions with various people from different age groups and backgrounds. She uses a compassionate, empathetic, mindful no sugar-coating approach in her sessions.

The event will have some small group discussions after a silent coaching exercise. The coaching exercise will allow each individual to work on a goal and reflect on the barriers they have created which are stopping them from achieving their goal. The coach will also go around the breakout groups and offer some insight and help. There will be an opportunity for a Q&A at the end as a group or privately. You will be able to leave with some clarity on what has been stopping you, what your next step should be and how to continue the journey (or start a new one).

The best way to start a Saturday and continue with Mental Health Awareness Week. Register now to avoid disappointment.
