About the Event: On October 15 in New York, join us for a day of thought-provoking discussions and networking opportunities with like-minded professionals committed to enhancing trust in consumer reviews worldwide.
We are uniting the world’s leading review platforms, tech firms, policymakers and regulators, and consumer stakeholders, with over 100 guests and speakers expected.
You'll have the opportunity to connect with leading professionals from our member organisations - including Amazon, Booking.com, Docplanner, Expedia, Glassdoor, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot.
Representation is anticipated from across the US, UK, EU and beyond.
The conference will take the form of an open plenary session, with panel discussions, breakout sessions and networking opportunities.
We will explore a range of topics such as the value of trusted reviews, AI and reviews, the role of social media and influencers in reviews, the consumer experience of reviews, and the broader review landscape today.

The dress code is business casual. Please dress comfortably as we will be in meetings for the full day.
