CobraFIT® is an exercise routine based upon High Intensity Interval Resistance Training (HIIT). This class provides a whole body workout and includes both cardio and resistance elements which assists the loss of body fat whilst building lean muscle. In fact, results show that you could burn between 350 to 700 calories, with an after-burn up to 38 hours.
Due to the size of the venue, CobraFIT® classes are limited to 25 spaces. These classes are booked on a first-come first-serve basis.
